What we collect
When you place an order, we (via our checkout provider, Stripe) collect your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. We use this information only to fulfil your order and, where relevant, to contact you about it.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy and security terms.
Data retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@example.com.
